This website was formerly maintained by the Spinnakers Reach 1 Condominium Association, however in 2022, a decision was made by the Board of Directors not to continue to maintain the website.  At that time, Susan Wolchok acquired the website and currently maintains this website as a private website.  

 

Spinnakers Reach 1 is an oceanfront, gated condominium development located in Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL with 24 hour security, an outdoor pool, and private beach access.

 

This website was created as a "bonus" informational resource for Spinnakers Reach 1 owners. This website is not meant to to replace the Spinnakers Reach 1 website which is maintained by Spinnakers Reach 1's management company.
